Glitch processes all payments securely through Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and most major credit and debit cards. We also support PayPal and Apple Pay where available. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-compliant. We never store your full card details on our servers — Stripe handles all sensitive payment data.
Head to your Account Settings and click on the "Subscription" tab. From there, choose between Glitch Pass Monthly or Glitch Pass Annual (save 20% with annual billing). Select your plan, enter your payment details, and you'll be upgraded instantly. Glitch Pass unlocks cloud save sync, remote streaming outside your LAN via our TURN relay, priority support, and early access to new features and platform cores.
Absolutely. You can cancel your Glitch Pass subscription at any time from Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel Plan. There are no cancellation fees, no hoops to jump through, and no retention dark patterns. When you cancel, you keep full access to all Glitch Pass features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free tier, and you retain all your local features, games, and save states.
Glitch for Life is a one-time payment of $199.99 that gives you every Glitch Pass feature, forever — no recurring subscription. This includes all current features plus every future feature we ever build. It's our way of rewarding early believers. The first 500 purchasers (the "Founding 500") also receive a limited-edition Glitch enamel pin, a Founding Member badge on their profile, and a permanent spot in the Glitch credits. Once the Founding 500 slots are filled, Glitch for Life will remain available but without the Founding perks.
Yes. If you're not satisfied with Glitch Pass for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase — no questions asked. Just email support@glitchonline.com with your account email and we'll process the refund within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method. For Glitch for Life purchases, the same 14-day window applies. After 14 days, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
The Glitch Game Store is a marketplace for indie and homebrew game developers to sell their creations directly to Glitch users. Revenue is split 80/20 in favor of the developer — you keep 80% of every sale. Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect, so you'll need a Stripe account to receive funds. Payments are issued monthly for all sales exceeding a $10 minimum threshold. We handle hosting, delivery, licensing, and customer support so you can focus on making great games.
Glitch doesn't offer a traditional free trial because you don't need one. The Free tier gives you full access to Glitch Server with all 14+ emulated platforms, unlimited local streaming on your LAN, save states, gamepad support, and library management — no credit card required, no time limit. Glitch Pass adds cloud features like remote streaming, cloud save sync, and priority support, but the core experience is completely free and fully functional.
Navigate to Account Settings → Billing → Payment Method. Click "Update" to enter a new credit card, debit card, or switch to PayPal. Your new payment method will be used for all future charges. If a payment fails due to an expired card, we'll send you an email notification and retry the charge after 3 days. You'll have a 7-day grace period to update your payment details before your subscription is paused.
